Counselling Services
Relationship Counselling
Relationships are essential part of life, and so they can be affected by a range of personal, psychological or environmental issues. A professional outside perspective can provide the clarity needed to get the most out of life together.
Couples counselling involves the commitment of both partners to understand the story of your relationship and how to work together to repair, heal and evolve to create a new way forward.
Couples therapy provides a safe space to explore issues such as infidelity & affair recovery, relationship issues, power imbalances, blended families, LGBTIQ+ affirming therapy, life transitions, co-parenting and family systems therapy.
Individual Counselling
There are a range of issues which can affect your life and the way you live, perform and enjoy it.
I provide evidence-based counselling to support a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, gender, sexuality and diversity, self-esteem, addiction counselling and understanding your own relationship.
The most important relationship starts with you.
I work with 18+ clients only.
What is Narrative Therapy?
Narrative therapy is an evidence-based, non-blaming system of counselling which believes that you are separate to your issues, and that you have values and strengths which can help you to overcome them. By identifying and exploring these issues and strengths, together we can recreate your narrative in a more positive way.
